Philip Meade, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral associate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has been part of the Krammer laboratory since 2014. His work includes assessing influenza protein microarrays to answer questions about the antibody response to infection with influenza virus. In addition to his research, Meade directly mentors BioBus Junior Scientist interns and contributes his expertise in virus classification and characterization—both in the lab and through bioinformatics—to the New York City Virus Hunters program.
